  • Ownership of products remains with SCM Ref Africa Containers (Pty) Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Delivery

While every effort is made to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Inspection Upon Delivery

Acceptance of delivery confirms that the products have been received in satisfactory condition unless otherwise noted at the time of delivery.

Product Condition

Shipping containers are available in various conditions, including:

  • Refurbished

Condition descriptions represent industry standards and reasonable assessments at the time of sale.

Cosmetic wear consistent with age and previous use does not constitute a defect.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is subject to our separate Warranty Policy.

Unless expressly stated in writing:

  • Products are supplied subject to their stated condition.
  • Normal wear and cosmetic imperfections are not covered under warranty.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refund Policy.

Custom-built, modified, specially ordered, or personalised containers may not be eligible for return except where required by applicable law.
